1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 360 Mobile Car Detailing website and the mobile car detailing services we provide in Westlake Hills and the surrounding Austin, Texas area. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
360 Mobile Car Detailing provides mobile car detailing services at locations selected by the customer within our service area, including driveways, parking lots, and other accessible parking spaces. Our service packages include the Interior Deep Clean, the Interior + Exterior package, and the 360 Premium Detail. Specific services included in each package are described on our website and are subject to change. Pricing is also subject to change, but the price quoted at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or through our third-party scheduling platform. Same-day bookings are subject to availability and must be scheduled by 11am for same-day service. Appointment times are estimates, and the actual arrival window may vary based on travel conditions and the duration of prior services. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to your scheduled time.
4. Service Area
We primarily serve Westlake Hills and the Loop 360 corridor in Austin, Texas. Service outside this area may be available on request and may be subject to additional travel fees. Please confirm service area eligibility before booking.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when booking, including vehicle details, the service address, and a phone number where we can reach you. You are responsible for ensuring the service location has accessible parking, sufficient space to perform the detail, and access to a water source and electrical outlet if required for your chosen package. You are also responsible for removing personal valuables from the vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the service price. No-show appointments may be charged the full service price. To reschedule or cancel, use the reschedule link sent in your confirmation, contact us by phone, or use our scheduling platform.
7. Payment
Payment for mobile car detailing services is due upon completion unless prepaid through our website. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Add-on services, such as pet hair removal, are charged in addition to the base package price.
8. Vehicle Condition
We perform mobile car detailing on vehicles in normal use condition. Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, biohazards, or damage may require additional time and fees, which we will discuss with you before performing the service. We reserve the right to refuse or limit service on vehicles that present a health, safety, or mechanical concern.
9. Damage and Liability
We take care to perform every mobile car detail with professional standards and appropriate products for your vehicle. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our negligence during a service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, latent defects, mechanical issues, deterioration revealed by cleaning, or damage caused by environmental conditions outside our control.
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of any mobile car detailing service beyond the descriptions provided in our package listings. Paint correction, ceramic spray protection, and headlight restoration results vary based on vehicle condition and are not guaranteed to fully remove all defects or to last for any specific period of time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of 360 Mobile Car Detailing for any claim arising out of or relating to our services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Promotional Communications
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive transactional messages related to your appointment as well as occasional promotional messages from 360 Mobile Car Detailing. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of 360 Mobile Car Detailing or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
